Meet Coach Kim - Your Guide and Personal Cheerleader

As a runner, triathlete, endurance kayaker and fitness enthusiast, I enjoy pushing my body and mind to achieve things I previously believed were “impossible.” As a coach, I believe that everyone has the ability to become who they want to be.

So often in life, all we can see is the prize. We work toward a goal, enduring pain and inconvenience because we believe the end result is worth it. And, if we fall short of the outcome we desired, we are filled with disappointment. I want you to fall in love with the the process of becoming the YOU you've always imagined.

Coach Kim – Speaker, Author, Dream Builder, Movement Shaper

Mind and body fitness is the foundation for success in life, business, and personal pursuits. Kim has spent years studying wellness and has the following fitness certifications:

USA Track and Field Level I Coach, USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, Lydiard Level II,  Healthy Running and RRCA (Road Runners Club of America). ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Kim is a Functional Aging Specialist and a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist. And she is also certified to coach TRX, kettle bells, foam rolling and multiple forms of resistance training.

Kim believes we all have the power to create our dreams, and she wants to help you cultivate your dream life, ultimately giving you the tools to use your voice to create a movement, to change the world, or influence your inner circle. 

She uses the principles she learned as a fitness coach and breast cancer survivor to help her clients live their best lives, build confidence, share their ideas, and turn an idea from hobby to profitable career.
