As a runner and fitness enthusiast, I enjoy pushing my body and mind to achieve things I previously believed were “impossible.” As a coach, I believe that everyone has the ability to become who they want to be.
Friendships are made, ideas are born and lives are changed through running, triathlon and general fitness. So often in life, all we can see is the prize. We work toward a goal, enduring pain and inconvenience because we believe the end result is worth it. And, if we fall short of the outcome we desired, we are filled with disappointment. I want you to fall in love with movement and a healthy lifestyle. I want you to enjoy the process.
I want you to reach your goal a changed person… and be able to say that every moment you spent training was worth the time and effort invested.
1) Choose your adventure. Where do want to go? Do you want to move better? Get in shape? Run your first 5K? Run your first or fastest half marathon? Get stronger? Improve core strength?
2) Enroll in one of my programs. I have online programs that will walk you through the process, every step of the way. Each program includes videos, lessons, pep talks, and lots of interaction so you can connect with me (your coach) and your tribe! (Don't see what you want? Let's create a custom program for you!)
3) Have loads of exciting stories to tell six months from now. I will guide you as you learn to think and train like a champion. You don't need to be an elite athlete to train like one. I will show you how the average, everyday woman can transform her life and do the things she's always dreamed of.
You are never too old, too slow, too... anything... to tri! There's this perception that triathlon is only for hard-core athletes who were born with fins. Kim is out to squash that myth and get more women--especially those 50+--into triathlon.
Kim did a series of podcasts in celebration of National Triathlon Week, and they are all geared to women who have done a lot of living and are ready to challenge themselves as they write the next chapter and discover what's next.

USA Track and Field Level I Coach, USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, Lydiard Level II, Healthy Running and RRCA (Road Runners Club of America). ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Kim is a Functional Aging Specialist and a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist. And she is also certified to coach TRX, Pop Pilates, kettle bells, foam rolling and multiple forms of resistance training.
