If you're ready to Run (or Walk!) Your First 5K, you will find support and all the tools you need here! Let me be your guide as you conquer this challenge and find new areas to explore.
$1 a week for the first month. Use the code: CRUSHING2018 at checkout. The 5K program is a four month program, and the half marathon program is a five month program. Remaining monthly fees are $29/month. I'm sure you will love the program, but if you don't, you can cancel at any time!
