But you must start to achieve your goals. I don't care what you look like. How old (or young) you are. What your current walking or running pace is. Or if you'd rather lift the remote than lift your foot to put a running shoe on. We can meet you right where you are. I want you to get started and to feel proud of your accomplishments. I don't want you to think you are not _______ (whatever) enough to start this. You can do this! And you deserve some time for yourself! You know how the saying goes... time is going to pass anyway.
You can do it now and make progress toward your goals. Or you can think about it, and let the time pass by. Either way, the pages of the calendar are turning. Don't look back in two months or four months or more and wish you had started today!
