- Weekly tips to help you maintain your motivation and learn more about running, walking and overall fitness.

This is more than a training plan. Knowledge is POWER. And my courses will help you learn how to get to your goal happy, healthy and fit!
Does this sound like too much? Is it overwhelming? No worries! You receive new content each week, and it's designed to all be used together. BUT, I am all about starting where YOU are. Use the pieces you have the time and energy to act on now. You can always come back later as you're ready to absorb more information!
You will learn about warm ups and cool downs, when to stretch, how to avoid common injuries, and how to make it all part of a life you love. Nothing is worth doing if it feels like a chore. I want you to love whatever it is you choose to do, and I want you to achieve your goal knowing all the time spent training was worth it!
Fitness gives us the power to move around and enjoy life, rather than sitting on the sidelines wishing we had the strength, or energy to explore and be active. Put your fears aside, and give this a try!
