Let's Get Outside and Move!

As I've talked with friends over the past few days, I've sensed a lot of stress and uncertainty. I've participated in conversations with moms who wonder how they will keep a house full of energetic kids busy. I've had numerous friends ask, "What will we do with our time?" And, I just saw a friend post, "They've closed the gym! What's left?!"

The world will definitely be different over the next few weeks and months. We will experience increased levels of stress and anxiety at times. It's likely we could feel isolated and alone. And, we could feel a little stir crazy as the space we work and live becomes a lot smaller.

I don't have all the answers, but I do know WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER. In times of uncertainty, I turn to strategies that have worked for me throughout other challenging times in my life. For me, that means optimism,  exercise, and striving to make the best of uncomfortable situations.

Reduce Stress, Move More, and Connect Often

I'm sharing the strategies I've been using for years myself, and loosely testing with a small group over the last 30 days, to help you reduce stress levels, enhance energy, lift your spirits and find stability in these uncertain times.

Through email, my Facebook group, and Strava Club, I'll share information and ideas that will help you focus on what you CAN DO in this time where the news and recommendations change hourly.
