The Responsive Endurance Project

The Responsive Endurance Project is a 52-week guided project that will help you make big changes in your life.

You'll participate with people from around the globe who are ready to move more, cultivate optimism, and boost energy and stamina. And, by the time you're through, you might even want to train for an endurance event.

This program is for runners, walkers, cyclists, rowers... anyone who wants to take an integrated approach to endurance training, incorporating mindset, strength, mobility and more.

You'll learn how to:

  • Train for an endurance event without having to rely on motivation.
  • Cultivate optimism so you can maximize your potential.
  • Listen to your body and adapt your plans as needed.
  • Use a journal to track aspects of your training and your life

You'll have access to:

  • weekly emails with training tips and helpful tactics
  • a Facebook Group for support
  • a Strava club for connecting and tracking your training
  • brief podcasts on topics that will keep you inspired and on track
  • Coach Kim, available in the group or via email
