Power of Run is all about giving YOU the POWER to lead the life you deserve. Running has the ability to change lives. We experience stress reduction, peaceful time to be in nature, increases in self confidence, improved ability to move comfortably, new friendships... and so much more... when we become more active.

Maybe you are ready to train for your first 5K. Or maybe you have your eye on a half marathon, full marathon or a triathlon. Maybe you've been inactive a long time, or are overcoming a life-changing injury or illness, and you need to ease into things.

Coach Kim Peek is the founder of Power of Run. She knows what it's like to be...  a new runner, a new mom who is self-conscious about her body, a breast cancer survivor who needs to regain upper body mobility and strength, and a runner who needs to learn how to overcome injuries. 

Kim turns her own bumps and twists in the road of life into an easy-to-follow training program that can help YOU see improvement in the areas you are trying to build.

Kim has coaching certifications from: USA Track and Field, USA Triathlon, RRCA, Lydiard, and Healthy Running. She is also into group fitness and teaches Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Pop Pilates, TRX, Kettlebells and Stroops.
