I teach people how to run for resilience, confidence, empowerment, and fun! I'm a breast cancer survivor who ran throughout treatment. I celebrated the last day of chemo by completing a half marathon with my friends. Ten years ago, I was a stressed-out and tired mom who hated to run. I saw the fitness results my friends achieved, and I decided to learn to run. They literally dragged me through my first 5K finish line, but I've been hooked ever since. 

I quickly became an overzealous and frequently-injured runner. Tired of sitting on the sidelines nursing injuries while my friends ran, I attended my first coaching clinic. Fast forward several years--I released my first book, Holistic Endurance Training, an endurance book that will help you learn to listen to your body and adjust your training so you can run injury-free and with longevity in mind.
