This four month course will take you from new runner or walker to a 5K finisher!
You'll receive a training plan. We send the training plan out each month, giving you the information you need to continue pushing yourself to make progress and crush your goals.
Get off the couch and discover a more active lifestyle. Make new friends, improve your health, move more and feel better. I will walk you through the entire process.
Each week, you gain access to strength workouts, warm ups and cool downs that will help you become a stronger runner or walker. I'll break down the exercises so you can perform them, safely, from home. Your weekly e-mails will also have tips to help you maintain your motivation and learn more about running, walking and overall fitness.
You'll also gain access to a Facebook community where you can connect with others. And, you'll have a place to get your questions answered by me, Coach Kim.
