Power of Run Boot Camp Challenges

Calorie-Torching HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training workouts that can stand alone or that you can add to an existing training plan.

Each week's workouts are delivered in your online classroom where you can access the videos, exercise lists and demonstrations.

You'll also receive warm ups and stretches, a private Facebook group where you can check in and track your progress with other challengers, and a weekly discussion topic to help you improve your mental game. 

Develop a Routine

You'll get a strength workout that will take from 10-20 minutes per day, and I'll help you develop a routine that will help you stick with it. This program is perfect for anyone needing to regain strength, or eliminate muscle imbalances before race season, as well as anyone just off the couch who is ready to commit to working out.

These workouts can be stand alone workouts, or you can combine them with other elements in the program to create a longer workout. 

Find Your Tribe

One thing I love about the challenges is that the people in the groups become friends. Sometimes, it's the Facebook notification that someone in the group has posted that gets someone off the couch, out of their Netflix binge coma, and the floor working out. You can share as much or as little as you want, but it's the people who participate who gain the most. Friendships. Support. Camaraderie. Someone in your corner. You CAN develop the mental and physical skills to get all you want out of life! And your tribe will help you get there!
