Spring is in the air! It's time to let go of the stress of winter, move a little more, and feel energized.
Join me for 30 for 30. A quick and easy challenge that will have you moving for 30 minutes, 30 days in a row. If you're already running, walking, cycling, rowing... moving... for 30 minutes each day, use this as an opportunity to challenge yourself to add on another habit that will help you improve your fitness, boost your performance, and achieve longevity in your sport.
This is NOT a run streak! In fact, I'm going to encourage you to take one rest day a week--and on that day, you will do something that is rejuvenating (yoga, a massage, sitting outside with a book, journaling...)
