- Bi-weekly small group accountability calls
- Additional monthly content to help you learn more about training, injury prevention, nutrition, mindset, resilience, and more. Available via your online classroom, which you'll have access to as long as you are a member.
Pay month-to-month. If you find this is not your thing, you can cancel prior to the next billing cycle. I think you'll want to stay for the community, the ongoing support, and because of the way you feel once you're running consistently.
