Service Agreement & Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the YES Life 31-Day Challenge (“Challenge”), a program offered by Iris Digital Media Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or participating in the Challenge, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Program Description

The Challenge provides daily prompts, activities (“micro-missions”), audio pep talks, and reflection exercises designed to inspire participants to embrace joy, adventure, and intentional living. The Challenge is for personal development and educational purposes only and is not medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.

3. Participant Commitments

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Engage with the Challenge materials in good faith.

• Respect the intellectual property of Iris Digital Media Group, LLC (see Section 7).

• Accept responsibility for your own well-being and decision-making.

• Not misuse, share, or resell Challenge materials without express written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.

• We may, at our discretion, offer promotional discounts.

5. Access to Materials

• Participants will receive access to daily prompts and audio content via the delivery method outlined at registration (e.g., email, hosted platform, private podcast feed).

• Access is granted for personal use only during and after the Challenge.

• Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

• No Guarantees: Results vary and depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Health & Safety: Some activities may involve physical movement, reflection, or lifestyle changes. Consult with your physician or mental health professional before beginning if you have health concerns. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Not Professional Advice: The Challenge is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or financial planning.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including prompts, audio, branding, designs, and written content) are the exclusive property of Iris Digital Media Group, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data

• We collect only the information necessary to provide you with the Challenge (e.g., name, email address, payment details).

• We will never sell or share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Iris Digital Media Group, LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Challenge.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to remove participants from the Challenge without refund if they:

• Engage in disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

• Violate this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the YES Life 31-Day Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and you enter into this Agreement with Iris Digital Media Group, LLC.
