Explore the Beautiful Parks of KC with Coach Kim!

This fall, get a workout and experience a mini adventure in your own hometown!

Join Coach Kim of Power of Run for a series of hiking/walking adventures, ending with a HIIT (high intensity interval training) strength or cardio circuit. The workouts will be geared for all ages and experience levels. If you've been on the couch longer than you'd like to admit, here's your chance to explore, make some new fitness friends, and burn some calories. GET THE DETAILS BELOW!

The first workout in the series will be at Shawnee Mission Park at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 30th. 

  • 45 minute walk/hike on the dirt trails near the marina. This is NOT a run, and no one will be left behind!

  • Quick water break.

  • 30 minute circuit-style strength/cardio workout for all fitness levels.

  • 15 minute cool down / stretch. 

You can sign up by clicking the button below and will receive an email with further instructions, exact meeting location, and details on how to pay. Fee for the Shawnee Mission Park workout is $12 per person.

This mini-adventure is great for: mother/daughter groups, a girls' morning out, a Sunday FUNday outing, an excuse to get out of the house and explore some of the wonderful parks in the area, a way to start the week out STRONG!
